Ruth McColl is a Registered Occupational Therapist and the proud owner of All Care Team. She is passionate about supporting people with disability to build their independence, participate in meaningful activities and work towards goals that are important to them.
Ruth brings strong leadership and business experience to her practice, together with a thorough understanding of the NDIS. She is committed to advocating for participants and ensuring their individual strengths, functional needs and personal circumstances remain central to the assessment and therapy process.
Her approach is warm, collaborative and person-centred. Ruth uses evidence-based practice and sound clinical reasoning to provide practical, goal-oriented therapy that can be meaningfully incorporated into everyday life. She works closely with participants, families, carers and other professionals to develop recommendations that are realistic, clinically justified and responsive to each person’s needs.
Through All Care Team, Ruth aims to provide respectful and high-quality occupational therapy that helps participants feel heard, supported and empowered to achieve greater independence, confidence and quality of life.
All Care Team is an occupational therapy practice based in Brisbane, QLD, working with NDIS participants across South East Queensland — from Ipswich and Brisbane through to Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast.
We exist to make ongoing NDIS support genuinely workable. Support coordinators and allied health professionals bring us the participants who need occupational therapy, and we handle the rest: assessment, reporting, equipment, home modifications and hands-on therapy — with communication you don't have to chase.
Our clinicians are AHPRA-aligned, registered occupational therapists who work in the participant's own environment. That means recommendations that reflect real daily life, not a clinic room.
