I’m Ruth McColl, Owner and Occupational Therapist at All Care Team. I established my practice with a commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence-based occupational therapy that puts people first. I take the time to understand each person’s strengths, challenges and goals so that every recommendation is practical, meaningful and tailored to their everyday life.
Whether I’m completing a Functional Capacity Assessment, recommending assistive technology, supporting home modifications or providing ongoing therapy, my focus is always on improving function, promoting independence and enhancing participation.
I work closely with participants, families, support coordinators and other health professionals to deliver collaborative, high-quality services built on trust, clear communication and sound clinical reasoning.

Referral Process
Referrals are welcome by referral form, link in signature.
Following receipt of a referral, we will:
- 1Contact the participant or their representative.
- 2Discuss goals and support needs.
- 3Confirm funding and service arrangements.
- 4Schedule an appointment at the earliest available opportunity.
